Finding the right ingredients for your favorite vegan, plant based, gluten free, grain free recipes is a challenge. Especially if you’re like me following a VERY particular diet you may find yourself at multiple stores to get all of your favorites. Here are my favorite ingredients and supplies for cooking the recipes I share on the blog!

Cassava Flour I like this brand too because its a little cheaper but just as good.

Banana Flour (Amazon only sells this in bulk but most natural foods stores cary this brand too. I haven’t tired other brands on Amazon.)

Miyoko Butter (Not sponsored. Found at most health food stores)

Most of these ingredients you can also find in Thrive Market!

Kitchen Essentials

KitchenAid Food Processor

This guy has lasted us 8 years through a lot of use! Its a pain in the butt to clean but it holds A LOT. It is also very big, but it stays on our counter I use it so often! This is a must have for banana ice cream.

Oster Glass Blender

This isn’t the exact model of the one we have but the closest one. I LOVE that its glass which is less toxins for an appliance we use EVERY day.

Cuisinart Citrus Juicer

We use this guy every day. We haven’t had it super long but its lasted for a year. Its probably the most affordable appliance we have that gets the most use.

Omega Juicer

I personally use this every single day for celery juice. It gets the most out of my celery which isa must for me. Its not the easiest to clean but out of the juicers I’ve tried it is the easiest to clean. Its not the greatest for cucumber juice but it still does better than other juicers I’ve used. I love the extra features it has like making nut milk and butter which I haven’t used fully.

Personal Air Fryer

This guy is wonderful. It is VERY small but it does the best job of the air fryers we’ve tried. Make sure to move it AWAY from the wall or any other objects including an outlet when you cook as it does expel a lot of heat. Also, how adorable is this?!

Instant Pot

If you haven’t heard the range about these they are like every home cookers dream come true. Steam, cook things in a 1/4 of the time. Its amazing! If we’re making more involved recipes we’ll use this instead of a steaming basket to speed up the process.

Handheld Lemon/Lime Juicer

We used this daily. I loved the different sizes it had. We use it SO much though after a good 8 months the middle piece did break off. But I like that its metal verse plastic and it did do a better job at juicing than any other hand held juicer we’ve had so far.

Garlic Press

This isn’t the exact press we have though this looks nicer than what we have and easier to clean! This is a must have item for all cooks. The precut garlic has citric acid in it usually and is an unhealthy additive.
