Restorative Bath or Bedtime Yoga {Prayer of Examen} | Holy Yoga Chronic Illness Friendly

Love baths or just getting ready for bed?

Need some guidance to slow your thoughts down and spend time with the Lord?

Join me in this short 18 minutes Christian based restorative yoga practice as we soak our bodies in rest and our hearts in communion with the Lord following the prayer of Examen.

No prior yoga experience needed, and bath is optional. 😉 Feel free to do this in bed or near a wall.
