The Garden: a Residency of Aliveness

A five-month residency for the woman who built the beautiful life, but quietly feels like she lost herself inside it.

Your life looks beautiful. So why do you feel missing from it?

Through body, beauty, play, witnessing, ceremony, and community, The Garden helps the parts of you that went quiet to survive adulthood come back into the room—so you can feel alive, connected, and at home in yourself inside the life you already have.

You don’t need to leave your life to find yourself.

You need the conditions created for all of you to come back home.

I know this woman because I was her

Hi love, I’m Lumalia — poet, author, somatic guide, medicine woman, mother, wellness practitioner, photographer, beauty hunter.

Ten years ago, I was the “good obedient wife” — caretaker, business owner, churchgoer, always doing the work of women.

I built a beautiful life: the home, the marriage, the little girl I adored, the dream career witnessing beauty.

As a published and award-winning wedding photographer, I spent years inside some of the most intimate, alive moments of people’s lives. I watched couples hold each other as if nothing else existed. I watched beauty move through rooms like a living painting.

I could see aliveness everywhere.

But behind the scenes, my own life felt different.

I was managing. Tracking moods. Keeping the peace. Trying to create the kind of love I knew was possible, but couldn’t quite access. Trying to be a good mother, good partner, good woman, good human. Trying to fix my body. Trying to fix my marriage. Trying to fix the ache.

Then chronic illness slammed into my body when my daughter was two, and the life I thought I had built was turned upside down.

I searched everywhere: Therapists. Mentors. Healers. Teachers. Protocols. Retreats. Practices. Wisdom traditions. Science. Somatics. Spirituality.

Many things helped. But none of them were the answer.

The answer came slowly, in moments…

Lumalia, Wellness Practioner, beauty hunter & photographer

Standing alone in the mountains, taking self-portraits, and seeing a version of myself I had never actually met.

Running barefoot on the Oregon coast and realizing how alive my body could feel when I stopped managing everything.

Being witnessed in community.

Being held by teachers, therapists, mentors, friends, art, land, beauty, and my own body.

Learning, little by little, how to come back into my life instead of organizing my life around everyone else.

Nothing about my life needed to be completely different.

But I needed enough of the right conditions to return

That is what The Garden is built from.

Not theory. A lived return.

You seemingly have it all…
But privately feel like you’re living on the crumbs of your own life.

You wake up in a bed full of people you adore. The partner, children,  home, work, routines, carefully tended calendar. The life you once prayed for, worked for, rearranged yourself for, and held together with both hands.

And you are grateful. That’s what makes it confusing. Because you don’t want to leave. You don’t want to run away to Bali, blow up your marriage, abandon your children, move to a farm, or become a woman no one needs anymore.

You want this life.

  • You want to snuggle your babies at night.
  • You want to kiss their toes after they drift off to sleep.
  • You want to be wrapped in your partner’s arms.
  • You want tea on the patio, music in the kitchen, sunlight on the floor, neighbors you smile at, and a life that feels warm in your hands.
  • You want to run into the yard with your kids and spin them around until everyone is laughing so hard their cheeks hurt.
  • You want to cry in the car on the way to your daughter’s birthday party because the backseat is full of beautiful friends and you suddenly feel so impossibly in love with the ordinary miracle of your life.
  • You want to feel so full of joy that people wonder what you’re on.

And the truth is, you’re not asking for much, yet that doesn’t always feel within reach.

You just want to feel finally here. Alive. Connected. At home in yourself inside the life you already built.

But somewhere along the way, you went quiet

You became responsible, reliable, emotionally intelligent, resilient, capable, needed, and good at holding it all together.

And while you were becoming the woman everyone could count on, parts of you had to leave the room: the silly one, the sensual one, the wildly creative one, the one who falls in love with the light on the wall, the one who wants to dance in the kitchen at 7 a.m. for no reason, the one who doesn’t want to be managed by life, but romanced by it, the one who is tired of being the caretaker of everyone’s needs and wants to remember what it feels like to be fully here.

Not as an escape.
As a homecoming.

The ache is proof that part of you still knows more aliveness is possible.

That ache you feel when you see a woman barefoot on an island eating mangos for breakfast and laughing like time has never touched her?

It may not be telling you to leave.

It may be telling you that a part of you misses freedom.

Misses play. Misses being touched by wonder. Misses waking up and feeling the day as something alive instead of something to manage.

You’ve been told that to have what you want, something else must be sacrificed.

That your needs and everyone else’s needs are competing. That pleasure is frivolous. That joy is irresponsible. That freedom belongs to women without children, without mortgages, without aging parents, without partners, without roots.

But what if that was never true?

What if aliveness does not require abandonment?

What if you can have devotion, family, beauty, stability, sensuality, motherhood, creativity, ambition, rest, laughter, responsibility, and magic in the same body?

What if nothing has to be exiled anymore?

The wellness management trap is
killing your spirit.
You don’t need more fixing.
You need different conditions.

woman with her hands up near a coast in an aliveness experiences

You’ve read the books. Done the therapy. Tried meditation.

Journaled. Practiced gratitude. Gone on the retreat. Learned your trauma story so well you could recite it like a play you keep being cast in.

And all of that may have helped.

But still, something in you is begging for a life.

Not a better morning routine. Not another healing framework. Not more language for why you feel the way you feel.

The world asks us to become the problem, and you took up the cape like it was your birthright.

But what if your numbness, flatness, restlessness, or quiet disconnection is not proof that you need to heal harder?

What if it’s proof that the parts of you that carry joy, pleasure, voice, creativity, play, and desire have not had the right conditions to safely return and stay?

We don’t need to keep fixing a car that isn’t broken. Most “wellness” for women is another to-do list that asks you to manage your numbness better. You don’t need to compost yourself further.

In the Garden, we don’t ask you to process your life; we create the conditions that allows what went underground to resurface and bloom again.

Inside The Garden, we don’t mend you We create the field where your aliveness can unfurl.

The Garden is not coaching, a mindset reset, or a five-step plan to become a more optimized woman.

It is a carefully held, artful, body-based, community-rooted residency where you practice being alive again before your real life demands you prove it.

Through somatic movement, guided imagination, archetypes, beauty, storytelling, witnessing, play, ritual, and intimate community, we let your body experience a new reality before your mind has to force it into place.

You experience being seen without performing.

You experience wanting without apologizing.

You experience joy without making it irresponsible.

You experience letting your inner world matter without diagnosis or treatment plans.

You experience being held in community without needing to explain your whole childhood trauma story first.

You experience letting your life become something you participate in, not just something you manage.

And slowly, what happens inside the field begins to ripple outward…Into the kitchen, car, bedroom, workday, tired Tuesday, hard conversation, the moment your child melts down, the moment your partner reaches for you, the moment your body says yes.

Because joy becomes available again.

"i have never experienced anything like this on zoom...

The Four Conditions of Aliveness

The conditions your body needs to stop chasing aliveness and begin living it.

Inside The Garden, each month is held through four conditions: Community, Communion, Ceremony, and Celebration.

These are not “extras.” They are the soil. They are what make this more than another beautiful moment, retreat high, emotional breakthrough, or self-care experiment that fades the second life gets busy again.

Community

women in community together during an aliveness experiences

Where you are witnessed without being needed.

This is not networking or another space where you have to be impressive, helpful, wise, easy, emotionally polished, or useful.

This is a circle of women gathered around the shared intention of coming alive.

Inside The Garden, you get to be seen beyond the roles you usually carry. Not as the mother, the partner, the fixer, the calm one, nor as the one who always knows what to do.

But as a woman whose aliveness matters.

When your body realizes that no one needs you to perform to belong, something softens.

The armor loosens. The good girl exhales. The hidden parts of you begin to peek their heads out again.

So you stop trying to feel safe alone, and begin experiencing the kind of belonging where you can be witnessed without being consumed.

Communion

Where your own body feels like home again.

Communion is not another self-love assignment.

It is not “go journal, meditate, figure yourself out, and come back when you’re regulated.”

It is the practice of being in deep relationship with your body, emotions, desires, grief, beauty, longing, and inner knowing—without feeling flooded, inner critism, or overwhelm the moment a feeling arrives.

Inside The Garden, you do not have to go inward alone.

You get to return to yourself inside a field that keeps reminding your body:

You can feel this and still be here.
You can want this and still belong.
You can listen inward without disappearing.

So your aliveness is built from a friendship within yourself, no longer dependent on a tool, access, resource or mentor to feel in relationship.

women with hands touching during an aliveness experiences

Ceremony

women in a ceremony during a coast aliveness experiences

Where the unseen becomes something your body can practice.

Ceremony is where we step out of the flatness of everyday life and into symbol, archetype, beauty, play, mystery, imagination, and sacred experimentation.

This is not performance. This is embodied rehearsal.

It gives your body a place to try on the woman your everyday life has not made room for yet.

The siren. The wildflower. The artist. The leader. The lover. The woman who knows. The woman who is no longer waiting for permission.

Sometimes you cannot think your way into a new identity.

You need a place where your body can feel her first.

So you loosen old identity patterns and begin practicing new ways of being before your everyday life asks you to prove them.

Celebration

Where the shift gets anchored.

So many women heal and then keep moving.

They process the grief, survive the hard thing, change the pattern, become more self-aware, and immediately give themselves another assignment.

Celebration interrupts that.

Celebration tells your body:
This matters.
This is good.
We are keeping this.

Inside The Garden, we mark what is blooming so it does not stay trapped as a fleeting high from a call, retreat, or beautiful moment. It becomes a reference point. A memory. A place your body knows how to return to.

So aliveness stops being something you visit on rare weekends and starts showing up in the ordinary moments you used to rush past.

The Five Fields of Aliveness

Five months. Five living fields. One return to yourself.

The Four Conditions are the soil.

The Five Fields are the journey.

Each month inside The Garden, we enter one Field of Aliveness.

These are not steps to complete.

They are environments to dwell inside.

Places inside you where life begins to bloom again.

Month One: Spark

Your Body as Poetry

Your body becomes a place you belong no longer a project

If your body has felt numb, tense, checked out, overwhelmed, or like another thing to manage, Spark is where we begin thawing sensation and rebuilding safety from the inside out. Through somatic tracking, emotional processing, grounding, gentle movement, pleasure practices, and creative prompts, your body begins to feel less like a project and more like a living place you can come home to.

Month Two: Harmony

Ungovernable Honesty

Here we stop confusing harmony with silence.

If you have been the good one, the steady one, the flexible one, the “it’s fine” one, Harmony helps you hear the truth underneath resentment, rage, control, shame, and over-responsibility. Through play, boundary practice, inner teen work, emotional release, and honest recalibration, you begin letting joy and responsibility live in the same body.

Month Three: Storyteller

Witnessing, Belonging,
& Celebration

Here you stop earning belonging by being easy to love.

If you are tired of being seen only for what you do, hold, produce, fix, or survive, Storyteller is where expression becomes medicine and belonging becomes something your body can feel. Through storytelling, breath, unedited writing, inner voice dialogue, creativity without a goal, and being witnessed in community, you practice being seen without performing goodness or explaining your wounds.

Month Four: North Star

Life as Art

You start living inside it like art instead of managing it.

If you have built a life that looks good from the outside but does not always feel true on the inside, North Star helps you listen for the life beneath the life. Through beauty hunting, imagination, dreamwork, symbolic seeing, visual art, values, meditation, and devotion, you begin shifting from survival management into authorship, wonder, pleasure, and direction.

Month Five: Magician

Plot Twist Alchemy

You start treating the plot twist like the beginning of your next best chapter.

If life has handed you enough plot twists to make you brace for impact, Magician is where emotion, identity, imagination, and choice become creative power. Through archetypes, symbolism, integration, future-self embodiment, spiritual connection, and the transformation of challenge into meaning, you begin to relate to life as a co-creator rather than someone constantly waiting for the next thing to go wrong.

The five-month Aliveness arc From managing your life

to falling in love with it.

woman in a flower field with her legs up in an woman smiling in an aliveness experience

Over five months, you move from:

Numb and disconnected → sensing, feeling, and belonging to your body.

People-pleasing and holding it together → honest, expressive, and able to take up space.

Being useful, polished, or needed → being witnessed, celebrated, and met.

Checking boxes in a life that looks good → inhabiting a life that feels true.

Bracing for the next plot twist → turning emotion, change, and uncertainty into creative power.

This is the path from: “I built the life, but I lost myself inside it.”

to: I feel alive, connected, and at home in myself inside the life I already have.

The shift is not just something you understand. It becomes something your body can feel.

“This aligns with all the messages and visions I’ve been working with. But bringing it into my body has been an experience of a bridge to become more solid. Taking the intangible and tangling by moving your body is a really cool experience; I want to do more of this.”

Jessica
“I felt a connection back to something my body has always known, but it’s been hard to get to.”
Nora

“I feel hopeful in a way I haven’t in a long time.”

Inside The Garden, Your life starts feeling less like something to manage and more like something to be in love with.

Warning: you may get more smile wrinkles

a.k.a. legacy of a well-loved life

  • You may find yourself laughing harder with your children.
  • Letting music move you in the kitchen.
  • Crying in the car because you suddenly feel how beautiful your life is.
  • Asking to be witnessed instead of disappearing into the bathroom to hold it alone.
  • Making art from the old ache instead of making yourself wrong for having it.
  • Feeling more available to your partner because you are no longer waiting for someone else to resurrect you.
  • Flipping the room’s energy with play rather than control.
  • Trusting your body’s yes.
    Trusting your no.
Trusting that your desires are not threats to the life you built.
They are part of what makes it alive.

This is not about becoming a woman who is happy all the time.

It is about becoming a woman who is here: responsive, resourced, connected, turned on by the nuance of her own life.

Able to hold the hard without sacrificing the beautiful.

Able to feel joy without bracing for punishment.

Able to belong to herself in the middle of all she loves.

Because joy becomes available again.

This experience with Lumalia was transformative
in ways I can’t begin to explain.

Ligia B (Lulu) Local google guide reviews Blooming Caverns Celebrate Again's retreats "This experience with Lumalia was transformative in ways I can’t begin to explain. Before attending Blooming Caverns (the camellia-themed women’s retreat), I felt very disconnected from my body and craved deeper friendships with more women. I believed that friendships take a very long time to deepen but during the retreat, it didn’t take much time to realize that wasn’t true. I felt connected to the other women I met there in a way more profound way than I’ve experienced before, thanks to Lumalia’s guidance through somatic movement, guided meditation, and intention setting, letting my body flow and express while being witnessed and mirrored by another beautiful soul. I felt truly seen and like I was seeing the person in front of me in all her beauty: joy, sadness, longing, contentment, anger, curiosity, hope. All emotions were welcome. Lumalia’s poetic guidance led me through an array of emotions I was able to express through free movement while being energetically held by the woman in front of me as well as collectively by the group and Lumalia.

Why women trust me to hold this work

Theresa
Theresa
There's something extraordinary that happens when a person is stripped of everything they thought to find them and then chooses to rebuild not with what the world told them to be, but what their body whispered was true. Lumalia Armstrong is a beauty hunter. And she doesn't just notice beauty, she hunts for it in the most ordinary moments. Ordinary moments of life. Then teaches us how to do the same. Today, she's a published author, certified facilitator, and somatic guide. But what makes her remarkable isn't the accolades is her ability to translate the complex inner landscape into practices of liberation and belonging.

Ceremony Aspects Integrated: guided imagination, archetype work, storytelling, ritual, reflection, beauty, play, and creative prompts

woman reaching arms out in ceremony to wild flowers

Here, we use the aspects of ceremonies that let you try on a part of yourself your everyday life has not made room for yet. Here, the parts of you that have been stuck in survival, perfection, resentment, numbness, or “I don’t know what I want” can begin to move again.

The Garden is not here to give you a peak experience you chase forever. It is here to anchor aliveness so deeply that it starts showing up at your kitchen sink.

Kate Weschler reviews Blooming Caverns Celebrate Again women's retreats"This group photography experience with Lumalia was totally new and wild, yet also so comfortable. Pairing photography with somatic embodiment movement was exhilarating and profound - I felt so seen, comfortable to explore, and free to express in a raw, genuine way. The photos we created symbolize my commitment to my own joy and alignment, as well as a deep connection to my inner child. I’m so proud and excited that I get to have these beautiful memories captured - whenever I look at them, I know they are an authentic representation of my journey and innate power."
Anasuya Devi reviews Blooming Caverns Celebrate Again women's retreats "Blooming Caverns was such a sweet gathering. It was intimate and well organized. I was looking for a women’s retreat to connect with others and feel some good vibes. My life has been rather hectic lately, so I wanted to give myself a mini rest and retreat. This fit with my needs perfectly. I liked the way Lumalia led us with story and somatic practices. It was so good to get into my body and be witnessed in such a tender and nonjudgmental way. As well, I enjoyed supporting my peers in their embodiment too, it felt like some real healing was accessed between us. The photography at the end was fun! We got to close the circle on a very sisterly silly vibe, playing around with our look and each other as Lumalia did a professional and stellar job of directing us. I love the photos, I can't believe how well she captured the essence of the moment. I recommend this retreat for anyone willing to be vulnerable, open hearted and ready to show up in the moment and be held by strong women in a soft container."

“I loved moving so freely, I want to do more of it.”

You’ve done enough inner work to know you are not broken.

This is for you if

  • You’re tired of treating your longing like a problem.
  • You want to feel at home in your body, in love with your life, and connected to yourself in the middle of your real responsibilities.
  • You want community, but not performative vulnerability.
  • You want depth, but not heaviness.
  • You want embodiment, but not another wellness identity.
  • You want to meet the magical unicorn version of yourself again without explaining, justifying, shrinking, or apologizing for her.
  • You are ready to stop making your aliveness the reward you get after everyone else is okay.
  • You know there is more life available here.

This is not for you if

  • You are looking for a clinical trauma treatment space.
  • You want a replacement for therapy, medical care, or mental health support.
  • You want a rigid curriculum, guaranteed outcomes, or a formula to follow perfectly.
  • You want to stay only in intellectual analysis.
  • You want someone to fix you.
  • You want to consume more content without entering the experience.

The Garden is a participatory field.

You do not have to be extroverted, creative, flexible, healed, confident, or “good at embodiment” to belong here.

But you do need to be willing to show up.

To be curious.
To be with yourself.
To let joy, beauty, and community touch the places that have learned to stay guarded.

The Garden: Aliveness Reidency Investment

You’ve spent years investing in everyone else’s stability. Now it’s time to invest in your own presence.

The true cost isn’t the residency, it’s the next decade spent on ‘high-functioning’ autopilot, numbed out trying to cope instead of stepping into the you that’s been aching to come back online.

This is an investment in living inside the life you worked so hard to build.

Our Wild & Wonderful Promise

Your commitment inside The Garden

I cannot promise your life will never feel hard again. I can promise we will practice a different way of being with it.

The Garden is not built on fantasy. It is built on devotion. You will still have hard days. Your children may still melt down. Your inbox may still fill. Your marriage may still ask things of you. Your body may still have old patterns that rise.

But inside The Garden, you are not practicing a life where nothing ever goes wrong.

You are practicing becoming a woman who does not erase herself when life gets loud.

A woman who can return to her body. Tell the truth sooner. Ask to be witnessed. Make beauty from the ache. Let joy find her in ordinary places.

Celebrate what is opening instead of immediately giving herself another assignment.

That is the result we are devoted to.

Not perfection. Return.

If, after Month 1, you feel like the ‘conditions’ aren’t landing, we will hop on a 1:1 recalibration call to adjust your experience. I am committed to you being the main character of your life again.

FAQ

What if I’ve never done embodiment or body-based practices before?

You are welcome here.

The practices inside The Garden are simple, beginner-friendly, and designed to meet you exactly where you are. You do not need to be flexible, graceful, coordinated, or able to tell your left from your right. This is not about performing movement. It is about listening to the body as a place of wisdom, sensation, and aliveness.

What if I don’t feel creative, playful, or imaginative?

Then you are exactly the kind of person this space was made for.

Creativity, play, and imagination are not special talents reserved for artists. They are birthrights that often get buried under adulthood, responsibility, shame, productivity, and survival. The Garden gives those parts of you a safe place to come back online.

What if I’m an introvert or I’ve struggled in women’s spaces?

You will not be asked to perform intimacy.

You will never be forced to share before you’re ready. Much of the connection in this space happens through body-based practice, witnessing, reflection, and gentle presence.

Many people who thought they were “bad at community” discover they were never bad at community. They were just in spaces that didn’t honor their pace.

What if I struggle to be in my body?

This experience has been created with that in mind.

We move gently. We honor your pace. We do not force catharsis. We do not make your body a project. We create the conditions for your body to become a safer, more pleasurable, more honest place to live over time.

What if I overthink everything?

Welcome to the queens of overthinking.

Many of us became brilliant thinkers because thinking helped us survive. Inside The Garden, we do not shame the mind. We invite the body back into the conversation so your mind does not have to carry the whole world alone.

Will this heal my trauma, PTSD, or health issues?

The Garden is centered on aliveness, not treatment.

Many people experience meaningful shifts when new parts of themselves feel safe enough to come online. Sometimes old patterns soften. Sometimes the body feels more resourced. Sometimes grief, anger, or triggers arise because the body finally has room to speak.

This space is trauma-informed, but it is not clinical care. If you have a strong history of trauma, PTSD, or health challenges, you are welcome, and it is important that you have the support you need outside of this space as well.

My life is already so busy. How much time does this take?

Plan for roughly four to eight hours a month.

This is not meant to become another overwhelming thing to manage. It is meant to become one of the places that helps you stop managing everything alone.

You may also begin to notice that some of the ways you currently rest actually leave you more numb, anxious, or depleted. The Garden gives you another kind of nourishment to reach for.

My brain keeps telling me this is frivolous.

Of course it does. Many of us have built a world where pleasure feels dangerous, joy feels irresponsible, and spending money on our aliveness feels harder to justify than spending money to fix a problem.

But your longing is not frivolous. Your numbness is not frivolous. Your desire to feel alive in your own life is not frivolous.

The Garden is not about escaping into luxury. It is about building a relationship with joy, play, beauty, and embodiment that can live inside your ordinary days.

You do not need to be a liberated woman on Instagram, jet-setting to Dubai every month to be alive. You can begin right here. In your body. In your home. In the life you already built.

How will this help my marriage? How do I get my partner on board to support me something like this?

Tell him to imagine you as a more present, turned-on wife. Lol.

But for real: when we step into our aliveness, all of our lives begin to benefit.

We have more capacity to show up as partners who are less reactive, more engaged, more excited, more passionate, and more available to connect in all areas.

Often, I find that telling my husband, “I’m doing something because I trust this will benefit me and our family,” lands better than asking for permission.

Start with why this matters for your life, your joy, your body, your relationship, and the way you want to show up inside the life you already have.

What can I expect my life to look like after?

Each person will be unique, but you can expect to have more access to your aliveness and joy.

You’ll have internal resources that have been practiced in your body, supported in community, witnessed by others, and integrated inside The Garden.

  • You may feel more resilient.
  • More compassionate with yourself and others.
  • More able to return to your body.
  • More connected to your desires.
  • More available to beauty.
  • More capable of meeting hard moments fully present in your creative power and full will choice without resorting to your typical response of fight, flight, fawn, or freeze.

This is not a self-love experience. It is an aliveness experience.

Meaning: we are exploring the fields that make us uniquely human and alive, rather than only trying to manage the survival modes that helped us function but left our one precious life feeling heavy.

I really want this, but it feels financially stretchy.

I hear you. And yes, it is meant to ask something of you. Not because your worth is measured by what you spend. But because aliveness asks for devotion.

It is easy to keep postponing yourself when there is no skin in the game. It is easy to hit snooze, skip the call, or make your joy the first thing to go when life gets full.

The Garden is an investment in creating the conditions for your aliveness to stay—not just be felt once on a retreat, a vacation, or a beautiful night out.

If you look at the cost of retreats, vacations, therapies, wellness protocols, and all the ways you have tried to feel like yourself again, you may begin to see what The Garden is really offering:

Five months of embodied practice, community, ceremony, integration, and celebration designed to help aliveness become something you can access in your actual life.

I’ve also included monthly plans to make it more manageable.

Are there refunds?

If after the first month, consistently joining the live experiences, you are feeling like the conditions of Aliveness aren’t landing, we’ll hop on a 1:1 recalibration call to adjust your experience. We’re committed to you being in your aliveness.

No refunds are given after we begin our experience.

If extenuating circumstances, like “acts of god, death, life-altering illnesses, etc,” happen that prevent you from attending the live meetings, please reach out to us for postponements to join a future cohort.

"I learned love Can Be Easy"

Abby Cogen Local google guide reviews Blooming Caverns Celebrate Again's retreats "Such a magical mini Women’s retreat that allowed me to tap in to my heart, connect with all the versions of myself that I’ve been and grown through, and give all of them necessary self-love. I felt safe and comfortable with Lumalia as a guide and felt my inner beauty shine through having photography as an element of this. I loved being in a gorgeous outdoor setting in Oregon!!"

Kylie Harrell reviews Blooming Caverns Celebrate Again women's retreats "Before attending Blooming Caverns, I had never been to a women's retreat. I think Lumalia does a really good job of making everyone feel comfortable, and walked us all through the process in ways that were easy to understand and follow. I generally have a hard time connecting with new people, but I think the event was highly successful in getting me to drop those walls and I left feeling like the connections I made with the other ladies were genuine. I really liked the introspective elements to this as well as the interactive elements, including photography. It rounded it all out to make an overall positive experience."

“Lumalia creates such a safe container to go look at the parts that are easy to forget about and give them the love and compassion they need.”

You do not have to leave your life to come back to yourself

You keep seeing the same story everywhere:

To have freedom, you must give something up.

To have passion, you must become someone else.

To find yourself, you must leave the life you built.

To be alive, you must become less responsible, less rooted, less devoted, less needed.

But what if that was never the whole truth?

What if the fullness of who you are does not require an exit plan?

What if the ache in you is not asking you to run?

What if it is asking for a seat at the breakfast table?

The Garden is where we spend five months welcoming back the parts of you that got lost while building the life you always dreamed of.

Not so you can become someone new.

So you can finally be here.

All of you.

Alive, connected, and at home in yourself inside the life you already have.

Cheers, your biggest fan

Lumalia
