Nothing has taught me more than the moments I let my body speak first.
Hi darling, I’m Lumalia, beauty hunter, visionary, somatic guide, artist, author, mama, lover. I cannot wait for you to experience this immersive art-somatic experience.
I’ve spent years listening, returning, unraveling, and re-weaving myself back into aliveness. Nothing has taught me more than the moments I let my body speak first.
I lived in the in-between for years.
The life that looked “fine” while my soul, my body, my creativity quietly unraveled under the surface.
I tried the experts, the frameworks, the protocols — and none of it turned ache into aliveness.
After chronic illnesses I didn’t rebuild my life: i was Blooming Upside Down
(Yes that’s the name of my memoir)
What finally awakened me was slowing down enough to hear myself again.
Letting my body lead.
Returning to beauty.
Returning to art.
Returning to the quiet pulse of my own longing.
Mystery Muse is the sanctuary I needed —
a place to land when no map fits,
when who you are becoming is misted in possibility,
when all you can feel is the pull of something new.
Now I curate this space for women who are ready to meet themselves again —
raw, curious, unfiltered, alive.
This isn’t a healing experience or self-help framework.
This is part ritual, part community, part creative awakening.
A beauty-centered, imagination-led, body-rooted experience where:
your mind softens
your body leads
your creativity reopens
your identity begins to shift from the inside out
You won’t be told who to be.
You’ll be guided into remembering the voice humming beneath your heart.
so you give voice to the pulsing desires you once labled ‘later’ and let them bloom in the mystery.
In Person & Online: Meeting you In Community & Ease
"I have never experienced anything like this...
“I’ve never felt anything like this, being paid attention to like this. I didn’t think it was possible, but the way Lumalia’s soft words were flowing and being able to see the change that was happening…. I have never experienced anything like this.” – Emm
Here we let the body lead

You’ll simply feel your own aliveness until it spills into your life.

A 2-hour creative portrait ritual that lets you meet the woman beneath the longing.
Let the camera worship you
A 2-hour creative portrait ritual where the camera becomes a lover, a witness, and an amplifier of your becoming.
This isn’t a photoshoot.
It’s a threshold moment.
Here, your body becomes the altar.
Your expression becomes a spell.
Your presence becomes the photograph.
Lumalia will guide you through expressions that meet you in — the half-shed skin, the almost-here future, the spark that’s been whispering beneath your ribs.
You’ll be styled, directed, and held in a way that feels cinematic, embodied, and unmistakably you.
Nothing about this asks for perfection.
Nothing demands performance.
This is a space where the camera stops being something that inspects you
and becomes something that reveals you —
the beauty you’ve been too close to see,
the softness you’ve been hiding,
the glow you feel when no one’s watching.
You leave with images that feel like a secret you finally let yourself tell.

What if this month, you added instead of subtracted from our self-care routines? Keep your massages, haircuts, and new clothing, but this time let it shine brighter, knowing you’re not just amplifying your appearance but your entire soul.
We do have a sliding scale option for those who need it at this time.
To use the sliding scale, adjust the amount to “0” (For mobile select “view details” on mobile checkout) Then select “Qty 1” and change to “0/remove”.
At this time, my in-person spaces are not ADA-accessible. I’m truly sorry for this limitation. If accessibility is essential for your comfort or participation, the online version may be a better fit.
This class is for all humans with wombs or who identify as femme.
To experience the potency and power of this experience it’s recommend you attend or watch the replays as everything is meant to build on each other.
Everything is a whole experience and part of the curated journey we’ll go through together. That being said I know it’s the holiday season and schedules are heavy so that’s why I added a streaming option with replays.
When you sign up you’ll select which in person experiences you’ll be attending. However the amount you can or cannot make does not affect the price as you’ll have access to a streaming option or replay.
If you want to sample a class you can do so here: Free Somatic Exercises
If, however, you can only attend the embodiment experience, please email us for a ticket just to that experience.
For Embodiment Experiences Wear: dress in clothing you can comfortably sit and move in. Welcome to bring your own meditation pillow. We will be sitting and standing for some of the movement class.
For Salon: You can dress up or come in what feels good.
For Photo Experience: Lumalia will email out a stylized guide after purchase.
Online & Groups
Absolutely. Online participants receive the same guided somatic practices, creative prompts, and witnessing rituals. Many women prefer online because they can create supportive setups at home or choose positions/movements that suit their body better.
If you want to move slowly, gently, or in a controlled environment, online is a great choice.
Just presence, care, and respect. You’re never required to share, perform, or offer feedback.
We ask participants to:
stay self-responsible
honor the container
take space when needed
avoid trauma dumping or processing at length on mic
witness others with softness, not analysis
This ensures the room stays spacious, clean, and nurturing for everyone.
Yes—in-person sessions are recorded for participants who purchased a ticket.
• You may be on camera if you are in person or online if you voluntarily choose to share during group moments.
• Online participants are not on camera unless they unmute, turn on video, or choose to share.
Privacy is honored: what you share stays within the container.
If you come in person and do not be on the streaming video please let us know ahead of time.
No refunds will be provided due to the nature of this event. However, you can transfer your ticket to another person or use it for other Lumalia and Celebrate Again events.
While our policy is to welcome all, anyone displaying behavior that disrupts the event’s safety or respect will be politely asked to leave. We prioritize the well-being of all attendees.
Is this really for me?
Yes! Creativity and imagination are birthrights. You may call your art something else—organization, planning, stylizing.
Come as you are and know that here we meet you as the artist in your skin. Not asking you to be anyone you’re not.
This is a witnessed, tender container. Sharing is optional; you may come as a witness for most sessions before choosing to share. Our rhythm and prompts are designed to keep vulnerability held, not spotlighted.
Lumalia is raved to be a guide to bring safe and supportive experiences for even the most shy folk.
Like Chel who said: “Being witnessed can be a challenge for me so it felt nice to have the safety in it.”
This experience is trauma-informed, but it is not a clinical or therapeutic space. It’s best suited for women who already have some self-awareness, know how to self-regulate when activated, and can stay with their body without becoming overwhelmed, uncontrollably enraged, and activated in a lot of pain.
If your nervous system tends to be highly reactive, if you’re currently unresourced, or if you’re seeking a therapeutic environment for deep trauma processing, this may not be the right container at this time.
If you’re unsure, feel free to email us and we can explore whether it feels supportive for where you are.
Being human means sensations and emotions arise, and that’s welcome here. What’s important is that participants have the ability to calm themselves, take space as needed, and re-ground without relying on the group to stabilize them.
This space is not designed for crisis support, sharing your deep life stories, or processing long-standing trauma in front of the room. If you need a higher level of emotional support, we encourage you to seek out therapy, a somatic-based therapist, or clinical support.
Many mothers join this container, and they tend to thrive when they have already created some personal practices or rhythms that help them care for themselves.
This experience is best suited for women who feel ready to claim spaces like this for themselves, not those hoping the container will teach them how to carve out time or prioritize self-care for the first time.
If you know how to resource yourself, even in imperfect ways, and you’re craving an experience that reconnects you to who you are beyond motherhood, you’ll likely feel at home here.
This is not a mindset class or self-help framework.
It’s an art-somatic, beauty-centered journey that helps you awaken the woman you’re becoming — through your body, creativity, and expression.
Most spaces try to fix you, solve you, or give you a plan.
This one does something braver:
It helps you become the human who can navigate the unknown with artistry, intuition, presence, and embodied confidence.
You’re more than welcome. This immersive experience will be absolutely beginner-friendly but also introduce a new effective modality so even seasoned movement or meditation persons will feel excited about the practice.
You’re in the right place if you’re a woman who:
feels the in-between of a chapter shift
senses something awakening inside you that you can’t fully name yet
can self-regulate when emotions arise
can participate in community spaces with respect, presence, and boundaries
You’re able to witness and be witnessed without collapsing into comparison or self-judgment
You are willing to engage with gentle body based and creative practices
feels energized at the idea of exploring beauty, embodiment, and liminal identity
You don’t need to be “put together.” You do need to have basic resourcing, emotional self-responsibility, and a desire to participate in an intentional, artful container.
This container is not a match if you:
are in an active trauma response or crisis
feel easily overwhelmed by group spaces
rely on facilitators to regulate you in the moment
need a therapeutic environment or 1:1 stabilization
tend to emotionally overshare or process publicly without sensing the room
are seeking a step-by-step program rather than an intuitive, creative, body-based experience
are unable to commit basic presence to the group
This isn’t said to exclude — it’s here to protect the dignity, safety, and depth of the room and to ensure everyone who joins has the internal support to receive what this experience offers.
What if the unknown wasn’t something to wrestle… but to flirt with?
