I love how much a labor of love their home is.
Before we started their Oregon in home photography session I had them give me a quick tour of their house and tell me the stories behind their home.
I absolutely adore seeing the beautiful work couples do together in building their home. Katie & Brian also spend a lot of time together in their garden, so of course we headed out to their garden to pick the last of their produce for the Oregon October snow came.
I think its a beautiful reflection of marriage, its a lot of hard work but after much labor, toil and many things going wrong the results are comforting and lovely.
Brian also had an old car parked out front that we just couldn’t help but play in a little.

So while touring their backyard I told Brian how beautiful the willow tree was and he shared with me he planted it for Katie because it was her favorite tree. I mean guys, come on, how sweet is that!
