My best friend is now married!!! I still cannot believe it!
I cannot be more thankful that she is now married to one of the most tender-hearted and patient men that is just the perfect fit for her. I just keep coming back to the story of when Aubrey (our other close friend) and I were sitting in a car after a woman’s confernece at church talking about who Becca would marry. Even though Becca and David had decided to take a break from dating at that time we just knew they were it for each other. They say when you know you know, and sometimes its your closest friends who know first. 😉
I couldn’t have been more honored to be Becca’s wedding photographer and capture this amazing marriage of Becca and David. It has been a long time coming and something all of us closest to Becca were just praying and hoping to happen. So, it is no surprise that it is a bit unreal that it has come and past.
My day shooting started with Becca getting her hair done. I honestly loved the fact that I got to be with her throughout so much of the wedding day.
This next sequence is just for David. Becca shared that he finds how she puts on her mascara interesting yet terrifying. (I think I’m on the same page too, especially after seeing that needle come out to separate her eyelashes! Ek!) But, she does always have lovely eyelashes, which are featured more closely in her bridal portraits. 😉
Getting dressed! I think its always a must that your mother be the one to tie you up. 😉
Love her cute gold shoes!
I am just totally in love with these next few photos. The lamp they had in the room she got dressed was just beautifully lighting Becca, not to mention how gorgeous she is!
Because Becca has such an amazing relationship with her parents, this photo was a must!
All the ladies and their gray dresses and red roses, love the mix, such a lovely bridesmaid color idea.
Becca picked out the cutest shoes for them, they had roses on them and were black, love it!
I cannot forget to mention Becca’s veil, which was actually her mom’s and is belgian lace. So stunning!
Her something blue, a gum wrapper wrapped onto her guarder. Haha! Gotta love it!
Her wedding flowers were actually made by her in-laws. They turned out so beautifully! I just love the compliment of red roses with her white roses and white hydrangeas.
I also love the lace used to hold her wedding flowers together.
David did such an amazing job picking out her wedding ring! It is just so fitting for Becca’s style.
Finally, the grooms cake was a rice-crispy cake. So great! Thanks to Britianie, my second shooter, for grabbing this one!
Amazing moments from this wedding coming tomorrow!
