When I first meet Brie and Tyler I noticed how affection and smitten they are with each other. I couldn’t wait to photograph them! Brie and Tyler decided to take their engagement photos where they first meet, at a coffee shop in Parker, CO called Fika. I have to admit I was a bit nervous about being in a coffee shop during business hours taking photos; being that annoying photographer asking people to move and sticking my flash in weird places to get the right shot and standing on benches and chairs. Yep, I was probably annoying, but it was good practice to just get in the zone and do my job, no matter what. Thankfully everyone in the coffee shop was really polite and didn’t mind me moving around so much ruining their “chill” afternoon.
To place the cherry on top of Brie and Tyler’s adorable factor off they made these coffee mugs and used them for the session.
We tried really hard to do the milk mustache photo…sadly it was a failed effort but made for these silly photos.
I have no idea what Brie was doing but it was hilarious!
Even though it was super dark earlier than we planned due to the rain we still went outside. Thankfully my husband Josh was there to help cover my gear from the drizzling rain and Brie and Tyler were super willing to get wet. It was totally worth it and working with a style that is truly stretching for me but in a very good way.
We also did a few photos with their dog, Oona. She was such a sweetie!

Brie had such a great idea for a “candle” lit photos. It was so dark outside it work out great! I also adored her headband. <3
I love the adventures the Lord takes me on with my job, it always is so wonderful!
