On February 24 Christina and Steven were married in Santa Fe, New Mexico. I had the greatest joy to be apart of their beautiful day!
I honestly didn’t know either of them before I first meet with them to talk about wedding photography but I feel like I’ve known them for longer than that. They are just the sweetest couple! Christina is such a fun, sweet, amazing girl and Steven is pretty quite but deeply in love with his bride.
There wedding took place at The Lodge at Santa Fe outside. Praise God for warm weather in Santa Fe! Otherwise we would have all froze our buns off! haha. I do have to admit though Christina (and myself included) wanted to have a snowy wedding. Her snow boots for shoes testify to this desire of hers. 😉 But hopefully one day I’ll photograph a winter snowy wedding. 🙂
I love listening to all the stories, speeches and toasts at wedding because it is just so sweet to hear all the beautiful stories of the couple. I’ve had this reoccurring dream that I get caught up in listening to the speech and forget to take photos! Ek! Thankfully this is never happened. But what an amazing job I’m blessed to have to be apart of the beginning of couple’s lives together!
Christina and Steven did one of the cutest things in between the ceremony and reception and that was having a pillow fight. I absolutely loved it. 🙂 Ok ok…here are the photos!
