Christy and Eric had such a stunning wedding. Their choice of venue, the Lyon’s Farmette was absolutely perfect for their easy going community based relationship. I love their story together and how even down to their decoration was symbolism of what their relationship means.
The cocktail hour was set up with such perfect things to do for their guests of all ages. I loved the corn hole station they made!
Oh and you gotta love the s’mores bar and fire place they rocked during the reception. All these little piece made for such a fun loving environment for their stress free wedding!
My favorite decoration was these yarn stick decorations because of the story behind them. As Christy explained during the toasts some of the kids attending the wedding helped them make them. She found intertwining the yarn around these sticks create the perfect symbol for her and Eric’s relationship that in the center of them two was many people who modeled them and supported them to bring them together to love each other well. I adore this symbol because it hold such a deeper truth of what I believe marriage to mean spiritually: that being a picture of how much Christ loves His people, which we get to see in our marriage relationships by loving each other well. And we cannot do this without the community of people walking through all the good and hard times with us.
The cotton blowing from the cotton trees even played a magical piece into their wedding day. As Eric put it, it made it feel very “Narian”. 
The Lyon’s farmette is such a super great venue too because they have farm animals, which the owner so kindly let us go take photos with!

Another detail I adored about their wedding was the line dancing they had.
Ok, so I am one of those girls that loves those movie set back in day when people actually knew dances and people would attend to just dance. Well they brought in a teacher and all the guest learned a very simple line dances and then did them. It was so much fun…well looked like it haha. (More of those photos tomorrow, but for now here was their band.)
I cannot forget to mention the bikes around Lyon’s Farmette that held a lot meaning for Eric and Christy because their purposal story involved biking for days and then ending at a lake to dip your front tire where Eric proposed.
