Photographing Jorden and Daniel’s wedding was a blast. Their style is so awesome and completely fit my ideal wedding. They got married at D Barn, a historic landmark in Longmont, CO. It was such a perfect fit for their vintage rustic, but classy wedding.
Being english majors it wasn’t a surprise to find scrabble pieces as a part of their decore, not to mention the pom-pom’s made from old book pages. Everything they had was DIY and turned out super awesome!
The flowers were such a perfect fit for their mis-matched dresses. I’ve been told by a stylist that this mis-matched dresses only works if they are all close the same shade, which worked out perfectly here!
Ok so totally saw this idea on pinterest…but it is so neat against the barn!
This is the guys “blue steel’ faces..or the “smolder” haha love it.
Oh my, this was just SO funny! Daniel forgot to grab the black socks…Good thing his pant’s were long enough. 😉 But he was proud and strutting them. haha.
They ALMOST saw each other before because Jorden tried to sneak out while we were doing photos…thankfully Daniel was able to hide behind the post. I just love this one.
Sometimes the best portraits are the ones you catch on the fly. Daniel was peaking out here to see everyone coming in.
I just found it so awesome they had Barbie and Ken dolls dressed as themselves on their guest book table. Love it!
Check back tomorrow for more photos for their awesome vintage barn wedding!
We’d love to work with you as your Colorado elopement photographer!
