Lumalia’s debut memoir, Blooming Upside Down, is out now!

We all want to live life to the fullest, but where do you begin when you feel enslaved to your current existence?

Hi, I’m Lumalia, a connection architect here at Celebrate Again. I want you to know you’re not alone in wanting the live life to the fullest. For nearly a decade, I was mostly homebound due to chronic illnesses. I witnessed a lot of energy through social media and my friends telling me about all the beautiful things in life they got to do, like vacations, adventures, activities, and even eating typical food. But somewhere along the way, I discovered I wanted to keep living too, despite what the doctors kept telling me, that they had nothing left they could do for me but manage my symptoms. Deep in me, though, I held this belief this really cannot be my life.

I hungered, I researched endlessly, and I didn’t give up. I kept dreaming, praying, hoping, and trying everything until I landed where I am today. (That full story will be more in the memoir I’m working on.) But today. I’m living a life beyond my wildest dreams. I didn’t even know life could be this stunning, that living life to the fullest could happen to me. (If you wanna dive into the fully juicy powerful story check out my memoir Blooming Upside Down.)

You see, my dear friend, you deserve this beautiful full life. And that’s why I’m here sharing my story and encouraging you to keep chasing after what deeply in your bones you know you’re worthy of a grand life.

We often see others going on exciting adventures, experiencing new things, and embracing the beauty of life. But how do we do that ourselves? What does it truly mean to live life to the fullest? And why is it so important? Join me as we explore these questions and dive into the concept of living life to the fullest.

3 Simple Steps on How to Live Life to the Fullest

Living life to the fullest is about embracing every moment, seeking out new experiences, and making the most of life. It’s about daring to believe that you are worthy of having a beautiful life, too, while being in rhythm with the earth, practicing the do no harm principles as much as you can. So, how can you start living life to the fullest? Here are a few tips to get you started:

1. Embrace Cheap Ass Experiences

We often find ourselves watching others live their lives through our phones, wishing we could have those experiences too. But instead of being a spectator, we used the things we witnessed to help filter out what feels like something we truly want for ourselves. Not just looking at the actual thing someone is doing but the feelings and ideas about what they are doing. Asking ourselves, why do I want that same experience? Then realizing you can have it too. Take the leap, put down your phone, and go after what you truly desire.

2. Visualize Your Dreams:

Take a moment to envision what you want in life. Close your eyes and let your imagination run wild. Imagine the details of your dream life—the places you want to visit, the activities you want to engage in, and the feelings associated with those experiences. Write it down, share it with a friend, and let the power of visualization guide you toward your desires.

3. Embrace Manifestation Techniques

Manifestation is a powerful tool to help you realize your dreams. But remember, it’s not just about thinking or wishing for something; it’s about feeling it in your body. When you truly embody your desires, your brain starts looking for opportunities to make them happen. Trust your intuition and follow the signs that the universe presents to you.

It sounds simple, and it is. The biggest key I’ve learned is that we must start our manifestations from a place of deep gratitude and anchoring into our connection to everyone and everything.

Hey, I’m Lumalia, the main voice behind Celebrate Again. I call myself a connection architect because I have a deep passion for guiding us all to fall back in love with life through states of beauty, but many of us are far from feeling at home in our own bodies, so we seek to find safety in others.

Yikes, that’s scary, I know; I did that for three decades, too, until I returned home to myself.

I’m so excited to share with you all I’ve learned and this beautiful journey back home to what makes you absolutely stunning just because you are alive today.
