Embodied Magic: A Somatic Experience and Book Release Celebration - In Person or Online
Or find our next classes on our event page
Enter into the world of somatic experiences, where healing unfolds through the powerful mind-body connection within a supportive community. You’re warmly welcomed to explore an intimate journey into the enchanting landscapes held within your body, surrounded by a circle of safety and connection. Join us for an evening filled with celebration, joy, friendship, community, and the magic of co-creation.
Experience a transformative guided somatic movement meditation led by Lumalia, a group somatic experience facilitator and debut author, whose insights will guide you through a profound exploration of your body’s wisdom. Following this, surrender to the beats and rhythms of a DJ request dance hour with the talented DJ Cosmo. Immerse yourself in the pulsating energy of the music, letting it move you freely.
Indulge in elixirs meticulously curated to awaken the untamed spirit within you. This night is an invitation to play, to rediscover the marvelously stunning essence of being alive. Save your spot for the guided movement meditation class, as Lumalia’s classes have a history of selling out.
The event on January 25 is not only a celebration of the beauty of being alive but also a significant part of Lumalia’s book release, ‘Blooming Upside Down: A Memoir on Healing from the Incurable.‘ Join us for an unforgettable blend of movement, music, and magic.
