When I met Michelle, I knew instantly that our stories were meant to collide. Having gone through a health battle myself, I was ready to step into a chapter with her where we celebrated how far she’d come.
Hi, lovely. I’m Lumalia, a boudoir photographer (well, I like to say self-love photographer), poet, author, and somatic movement guide. Years ago, I went through my own deep healing journey, healing from chronic illnesses that once left me bedridden, to now back doing the things I love! Celebrating life with others. (More of my story and the beautiful discoveries I found through healing are in my memoir Blooming Upside Down.)
I get how important it is to spend a moment celebrating how far you’ve come because you’re ALWAYS further along than you think or probably give yourself credit for. That’s why I’m out here reminding you that Your Body is Poetry in my Empowerment Photography experiences. (Yes, I’m based in Portland, but take me anywhere!)
