You see, Everyday Magic isn’t something you stumble upon.
It’s an intention you create.
You commit to.
And I am who I am because I don’t quit, and it’s my gift to see you right where you are and to keep cheering you on so you too don’t give up on having the most beautiful life you could ever want.

Hi love, I’m Lumalia, writer, photographer, retreat curator, and wellness practioner here at Celebrate Again on a mission to create a culture of celebration and Everyday Magic.
Lately I’ve been in a body weighted in pain all week. Literal nausea-inducing pain that feels like I’m carrying around an extra weight, gravity holding me tighter.
And yet I got out to the lake with my girls for their last week of summer.
Yet, we finally took our family photos in the Rose Garden, which we decided is our yearly tradition for family photos.
We were all exhausted, a little cranky, and yet this was the fourth time we rescheduled, so we kept going.
Because fundamentally, I believe it’s ALL possible. Because I’ve known it. And I’ll keep holding that knowing for us both, until it’s in you too. This is my work, my passion, my greatest joy.

But here’s the truth, during our photos my body wanted to collapse into the grass, but the sun had seconds before it slipped beyond the trees in their full fluff, the roses glittering in golden light, star bursts crinkling through the leaves.
Joy led me past the discomfort.
Everyone says fear is powerful.
But awe is stronger.
It pauses you in the same response in your body. It shares the salience network in our body
but once it hits the brain instead of triggering an animal response of shut down or fight.
It lights up every system in your body to say,
“Pay attention more!
This is astounding!”
Goosebumps, belly butterflies, heart lifted. Joy-tears dripping down your cheeks.

My bonus daughter grabbed my camera and took a few photos of my husband and me.
She paused us and said, “Wait, I have a vision!”
“Lumalia, come over here and walk towards Papa.”
We played along. I had set my camera to auto focus for her to use more easily. And this is what she captured.
What do you see first?

Out of focus.
Is it,
Or are we programmed to see the wrong? (I saw that at first too.)
To see where we need to protect.
It’s a gift of our survival biology.
But look again.
Is this moment ruined
Or
is it foreshadowing?
This is always our subtle anxiety in meeting the loves of our lives, in loving. We’ll lose them.
But what if this photo was a promise from the universe that one day, that will be us, old gray, still side by side.
Aging as a gift, we get to do together.
This. This is what we’re doing in Everyday Magic.

Helping you remember what you deeply long for is possible.
But we aren’t trained for it.
And that’s why I’m here. To share with you how I trained myself to let myself HAVE what I desired and even open myself enough to recieve them in the first place.
And it’s not by trying harder it’s not by manifesting better with more bells and whistles. It’s not by more praying, more journaling, more affirmations, and bio-hacking tricks.
Are you ready to come experience Everyday Magic too?
Where your desires slip into your reality, even when life isn’t perfect, even when your living in multiple stories at once.
I cannot wait to go on this journey with you.
