Jessie and Matt had their wedding at Parkside Mansion in Denver, CO, which is one of my favorite denver wedding venues because this old mansion is so lovely during the day and evening.
Jessie and Matt played with the 1920’s feel of Parkside Mansion for their wedding which they pulled off beautifully. I honestly feel like Jessie’s dress, hair and make-up did it all. She made such a gorgeous bride and I couldn’t stop photographing her!

I love pairing the bride and groom getting ready photos right next to each other. 🙂 (Thanks to Trevr, my second shooter for grabbing this photo of the groom.)

I am so thankful for second shooters, especially when you don’t have the right lens on for the shot you want and everyone is rushing to ask if you’re done with photos yet. Thanks Trevr for having your wide angle on to capture these so quickly!

I have to be honest, I am terrible at shooting editorial, photojournalistic and candid yes, but making things look staged well takes me much longer than I normally have time for at a wedding. So, you can imagine how excited I was to capture this photo of someone enjoying those delicious cupcakes in an attractive way!

For only having 5 minutes with the bride and groom post wedding, I am SO thankful God provided this wedding photo idea and the knowledge to know how to get i!

We thankfully were able to snag a few more of the bride and groom enjoying the bar at Parkside Mansion right before we left.

It was a little could outside, can you tell?
The best part of having a second shooters is getting two angles on a great shot. Thanks to Trevr for capturing this awesome reflection!

And here is my angle.
We’d love to work with you as your Colorado elopement photographer and guide!
